We disclaim any liability for:

• Interrupted access to the platform
• Any business or personal consequences caused by the app's malfunction or downtime
• Impact to event organizers or venues using the app for social events

3. User Responsibility & Conduct

Matchy Party is open to the public and relies on responsible user behavior. You agree not to:

• Send offensive, explicit, or harassing content
• Attempt to impersonate others or access accounts not assigned to you
• Misuse the platform for unlawful or malicious purposes
• Attempt to de-anonymize other users

Matchy Party does not monitor, filter, or moderate the content of messages exchanged between users and assumes no responsibility for what is shared.
